At Heartbreak Hill Running Company, we want you to feel confident in every mile. If your new gear doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unworn items with original tags and packaging into a secure shipping box to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the gear is inspected.
